How to navigate the Fair and TheHub

If you can't make it to the fair, you can learn about student organizations on TheHub. You'll use TheHub year-round to find student-organized events, track your involvement, and connect with other members in your student organizations!

Information for Student Organizations
Setting up your table
Set up for student organizations will take place on Friday, September 4, from 3:00-3:30pm EDT on the Remo Platform. All currently recognized student organizations will automatically get a table. At 3:00, you should log in, create a profile, and locate your table. Contact the SOCH team with any questions at soch@fas.harvard.edu or stop by our virtual office hours!
Table Resources
- 6 total seats (1-2 for student organization leaders, and 4-5 open for students to visit)
- A video chat feature: We recommend keeping your video and audio on, and students will join your chat at any time
- A table chat feature: drop links, information, questions, etc. with students visiting
- A whiteboard: drop links, embed videos, etc.
