Proctor Appreciation Week

March 25-29

Dear <<First Name>>,

When you started college back in August, your proctor was one of the first people to welcome you to campus, and during the year, they have been a regular resource for you. Next week, from March 25-29, first-year students will have a chance to say thank you to the proctors for their help and support throughout the year. Below are some ideas on how you can say thank you and this is your chance to be creative!

🎉 Express Your Gratitude 🎉

Ideas

  • Bake cookies, a cake, or another homemade treat

  • Create a Kudoboard or banner for the entryway

  • Film a video message from the entryway

  • Share an entryway photo or collage of photos

  • Plan a surprise party or study break

  • Write thank you or appreciation notes

  • Other ideas?

Please connect with your PAFs as you plan. We hope that we can keep Proctor Appreciation Week a secret from the proctors and surprise them with an abundance of appreciation.

You don't need to be extravagant or spend money. What matters the most is expressing your gratitude to your proctors.

Kind Regards,

Nekesa C. Straker
