The Foundation does this by overseeing programs and initiatives that uplift the individual lived experiences of community members while encouraging connections across various perspectives, values, and personal journeys. We invite all students from the College to work in collaboration with staff at the Foundation to create programming that nurtures our shared commitment to our community’s continual growth with the goal of creating space for each student to flourish. ### Foundation Mission The Harvard Foundation fosters a vibrant Harvard College community by advancing intercultural understanding, offering transformative educational opportunities, and supporting student growth through intentional programming and leadership development. We empower students to build community across differences and lead with purpose within and beyond Harvard.
