I am an educator and researcher dedicated to advancing adult learning, leadership development, and qualitative inquiry. I design meaningful learning experiences in higher education and workplace settings, with a strong emphasis on active learning and inclusive pedagogies.

Central to my approach is the belief that education should nurture both the mind and the heart. i prioritizes social and emotional learning by fostering strong, authentic relationships in and beyond the classroom—encouraging empathy, self-awareness, and collaborative growth as essential components of the learning process.
