Assistant Dean of Harvard College
As Resident Dean, I am the primary academic officer of Quincy House and I’m here to help you navigate your path through Harvard. I’m entrusted to help you achieve academic success, foster your personal growth and wellbeing, and connect you to important resources on campus. I also represent Quincy students on the College Administrative Board and I help you with any petitions or requests that you file. In addition to my Dean role, I am a Lecturer in the Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations Department and teach courses on ancient Mesopotamia. I am more than happy to meet with you to talk about your academic goals, professional ambitions, personal aspirations, or anything else. No issue is too big or small, so please come see me if you have any questions or concerns.
I received my PhD in Assyriology (ancient Mesopotamian languages, scripts, and history) from the University of Oxford. I started working at Harvard in 2017. Before this, I worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Brown University.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, rowing on the Charles, and most importantly spending time with my husband and daughter.
