My primary responsibilities include assisting the Harvard Foundation in developing programs, training, and special projects related to nurturing an inclusive campus community. I provide support for diversity programs and initiatives in collaboration with staff across the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion unit within the Dean of Students Office. In my role, I also oversee the branding of the office including online communications and marketing, the website, various social media channels, and I help design marketing materials.

I started this position at the beginning of October of 2020. I've previously worked as an Assistant Director of Admission at Mount Holyoke College and as a Student Leadership and Engagement Graduate Assistant at UMass Amherst.

In terms of both theory and praxis, I ground my work in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) practices and more specifically, I spend the majority of my waking hours thinking on race and accessibility.

For fun I like to read poetry, go on short road trips and scenic drives, and when I can, I try to broaden my culinary skills.
