Meagan von Rohr (she/they, und sie/ihr) has worn many hats in many roles and many units across Harvard University since arriving in 2017. Meagan has proudly worked at Harvard College for the past three years, supporting all undergraduate students on matters related to gender identity, expression, and sexuality through her work as Assistant Director and then Director of the former Office of BGLTQ Student Life. She was awarded the 2025 FAS Dean’s Distinction Award for her work at the Office of BGLTQ Student Life. Beyond her role, Meagan has served on the Executive Committee for the Association of LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff from its founding in 2019. Meagan currently serves as a pre-concentration advisor for undergraduates at the College and has previously served on the Harvard Cultural Lab Innovation Fund review committee, the University-wide LGBTQ+ Student Support Working Group, the HUHS LGBTQ+ Care Team, and with the Harvard College First Year Host Family Program.

Meagan earned her M.Sci in Anthropology from UW-Madison in 2016 after graduating Boston University in 2014 with a B.S in Anthropology, completing both programs with a focus on the evolution of human locomotion and anatomy. Beyond Harvard Yard, Meagan volunteers with the Massachusetts Chapter of the Adaptive Climbing Group and is a member of both the Swiss Society of Boston and the American Swiss Foundation.
