As the Graduate Assistant for Student and Family Engagement, I support first-year students and their families in their transition to Harvard through programming such as Orientation, Family Weekend, and Wintersession.
I enjoy healing and wellness practices, live music, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and trying new food spots with my family, partner, and friends.
I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Human Development and Education with a concentration in Higher Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Before coming to Harvard, I worked as an advisor at uAspire to support students and their families around college affordability issues and taught Ethnic Studies to K-12 youth in San Francisco through the Pin@y Educational Partnerships. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a double major in Public Health and Asian American & Asian Diaspora Studies.
I can support students around leadership and community development opportunities. Reach out if you need a thought partner in your individual growth journey and vision!
I use she/they pronouns. I am passionate about creating and strengthening spaces that center wellness, social justice, and critical consciousness. I have primarily worked with first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students in higher education through student activism, college access, and teaching work.
