Hello and welcome to Harvard, Class of 2024!!! I’m SJ, and I am so excited to get to know you. I graduated from Harvard in 2019 by way of Holworthy Hall and Dunster House as a FGLI student. Although my many winters here have confirmed I am a Southern California boy at heart, I am also happy to call Cambridge my home; it just took finding all the right jackets and, more importantly, all the right Mexican food spots (read: El Jefe’s). While at the College, I studied Psychology and AFVS. After a brief stint with Stanford’s Center on Poverty and Inequality, I am not back at Harvard working at Boston Children’s Hospital’s Labs of Cognitive Neuroscience, where I help research social determinants of physical and mental health in hopes of better developing public health interventions. I also love photography and film, comedy, food, and all things pop culture. Come meet my corgi (Bruno Valentino) and my hedgehog (Hugo) and let’s talk Spotify playlists, best campus grilles, Harry Potter, and/or anything at all!
