Fall Uncommon Fare Dinner Series

<<First Name>>, will you join us for dinner at the Faculty Club?

The Uncommon Fare Dinner Series gives first-year students the opportunity to meet outstanding members of the Harvard community and to see what is truly special about Harvard. Made possible by a generous gift from the Gober family, these dinners feature guests who contribute to core parts of the academic and student life at Harvard College. The Fall 2023 dinner series will begin with Professor Jane Kamensky, an American history expert whose research explores the impact of Ruth Handler, the creator of Barbie, and the pivotal roles that both Ruth and Barbie have played in shaping our society.

  • Each dinner begins at 6:00 pm and runs until 8:00 pm (students should stay for the entire duration of the program)
