Spring Uncommon Fare Dinner Series

a group of people sitting around a table

<<First Name>>, will you join us for dinner?

The Uncommon Fare Dinner Series gives first-year students the opportunity to meet outstanding members of the Harvard community, to meet each other, and to see what is truly special about Harvard. Made possible by a generous gift from the Gober family, these dinners feature guests who contribute to core parts of the academic and student life at Harvard College. The Spring 2023 dinner series will kick off with Martha Tedeschi, Director of the Harvard Art Museums.

What to Expect

The Uncommon Fare Dinner Series is exclusively for first-year students, with each event limited to 10 students so that you can participate in the discussion and ask the questions that are on your mind. Students who attend will have the opportunity to meet outstanding members of the Harvard community over dinner at the Faculty Club.

  • Each dinner begins at 6:00 pm and runs until 8:00 pm (students should stay for the entire duration of the program)

  • Suggested dress for dinner is business casual
