Sunday, April 16, 4:00-8:00pm, Harvard Yard
Get your SOCO app ready: Your SOCO app ID card is your ticket to Yardfest
Bring your Harvard ID: You should have your ID with you during the events
No re-entry: Once you leave Yardfest, you cannot return
No guests: Guest tickets are not available
Dinner: The Burger Bash will be served in the Yard from 4:30–7:15pm. Kosher options will be available.
Water stations: While water bottles will not be permitted, water stations will be available throughout the event to keep you hydrated.
Rain in the forecast: Yardfest will be held rain or shine and we are expecting rain and colder temperatures on Sunday. Please dress for the weather as there is no re-entry once you leave the event. Umbrellas are not permitted because they will obstruct the view of the concert, so we suggest you bring a poncho or raincoat.

Accessibility: Contact the Student Engagement team at studentengagement@fas.harvard.edu if you have accessibility needs for the event.
Event Map: Check out the Yardfest Google Map featuring important event locations.

Policies and your safety

We're excited to celebrate with you this weekend, but please remember that all College policies and local laws will be enforced during the events.
Look out for each other: Remember, if you or a classmate need help because of alcohol or substance use, the Help-Seeking Policy is intended to encourage you to get support.
  • Visit the CrimsonEMS, ProEMS, and HUPD tent on the Sever side of Memorial Church any time during Yardfest if you need help. They will be available to ensure a safe experience for all attendees.

  • Tutors and proctors on-call will be available to help you throughout the day

We can't wait to see you there!
