The Tutor or Proctor on Call in your Yard, House, or Community is available to help with emergencies or other urgent situations for which you are seeking support.
Some examples include if you’re trying to figure out how to get help in an urgent situation, or if you’re dealing with a residential issue such as a loud party going on past quiet hours. The Tutor or Proctor On Call can also help connect you with additional College support in such situations.

- In cases where immediate medical intervention is necessary, 911 or HUPD (617-495-1212) are available 24/7.
