To listen and be responsive to your experience – what you need, the concerns you raise, the ideas you have - and to be available to meet with you as we would if you were on campus, for those who are learning remotely;

To continue our promotion of inclusion and belonging and to continue implementing programs, policies, and practices that make Harvard welcoming;

To ensure that you have access to the resources you need in order to successfully learn and engage with your academics; To provide access to and full engagement with all House staff who support you;

To acknowledge that you may want or need support for mental health and wellness, and to provide referrals to CAMHS or direct you to other resources to help you;

To implement new methodologies to help you engage with peers, faculty, and your friends remotely; To deliver regular virtual events through the Office of Student Engagement;

To advise sophomores who will be choosing a concentration and who may have questions about which path to take;

To deliver support from specialty tutors on issues of race or identity, CARE, public service, or the arts, and academic specialty tutors such as pre-med and pre-law advising;

To help make this a year of learning for you – about yourself, each other, your academic discipline, and your community.
