Chris Gilbert
Hi, I'm Chris the Program manager for the Visiting Undergraduate Student Program, and one of the CARE tutors for Dudley! Originally from Chicago, I cherish the Dudley Community--I used to work with our off-campus and Co-op students as well as our VUS. Before moving into administration, I pursued my graduate work in ancient (Roman) history here at Harvard, was an adjunct professor at Northeastern University, and lectured at the MFA in Boston. I have also worked at the Office of Sexual Assault Prevention & Response (OSAPR) and in the Dean of Students Office here at Harvard--both roles where I was fortunate to support our university's commitment to gender-equity. In addition to being the Program Manager, I am very fortunate to be a Resident Tutor in DeWolfe. I share my life with my partner, Kim, her seven-year old son Liam, and our rescue cat Bernie. I am a serious cyclist, distance runner, EMT-B, and have been vegan for 25 years. While I am happy to chat in my professional roles, I also love getting to meet Dudley students of all backgrounds. My office is in 10 DeWolfe 22 (in the back). I hope you will say hello when you visit.
Students should reach out to me with questions about: VUS Program, Dudley Community, CARE Concerns
