Alysha Johnson Williams, Ed.M.
As the Resident Dean of First-Year Students for Elm Yard, I oversee Grays, Matthews, and Weld. In this role, I advise and support students in various matters related to their experience at the College. I am passionate about supporting undergraduates, especially during times of transition, and feel honored to work with first-year students.
Before becoming a dean, I held various administrative and residential roles at the College. I graduated from Harvard College and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and I am excited to bring my lived and professional experiences to the Yard! As a fun fact, I was in Weld as a first-year student!
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, crafting, riding my Peloton, and spending time with my husband (Rakim), daughters (Serena and Erykah), and cat (Buttons).
