Emilia Smith

Hello! My name is Emilia Smith and I am originally from Ithaca, New York. I have a bachelors degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder (sko buffs!) where I became passionate about the social sciences and exploring mountains! I spent the following 5 years in Washington and Oregon working with nonprofits to increase inclusivity and equity in the outdoor industry. My passion for building inclusive and empowered communities led me here to pursue a Masters in Industrial Psychology through Harvard DCE and concurrently, study for the LSAT. I was a scholastic and collegiate equestrian athlete (cowgirl at heart) and volunteer for equine rescues in the Boston area. In my free time you can find me rock climbing, skiing, or finding the best snacks. I also just completed my first Olympic triathlon! This is my third year living on campus and first year as a co-proctor with my partner Luke. We look forward supporting you through your first year of college!
