Hope Borsic

Hope will work with the incredible Residential Life team to plan and implement meaningful opportunities that support the newest members of our community as they experience student life. Her student-affairs passions include fostering belonging, advancing equity and access, and helping students build supportive relationships and thrive in their communities.

Hope graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts in Literatures in English (Teaching), with minors in Integrated Marketing Communication and Spanish. Prior to joining Harvard, she worked as a Student Employment Specialist at Ithaca College and as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Asturias, Spain. She also brings extensive Residential Life experience, including roles as a Resident Assistant, Apartment Assistant, and Operations Assistant, where she supported residential communities, student wellbeing, and housing operations. In her spare time, Hope enjoys playing pickleball, traveling and trying new things!
