Jayla Cornelius

Jayla works with the incredible Residential Life team to plan and implement meaningful opportunities that support the newest members of our community to experience student life. Jayla is passionate about sustainability and the ways that the communities she is a part of can have a positive impact on the environment. She is also passionate about mentorship amongst students while paving the way for those interested in infrastructure development, especially aviation. Jayla graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a certificate in Urban Studies. Prior to her time at HBS, she worked at AECOM as a Civil Engineer designing airports in the New York Metro Area. In her spare time, Jayla enjoys taking long walks in nature, playing golf, and drinking tea with jazz music playing in the background.
