Residential Training Graduate Assistant
Shaye will collaborate with the exceptional Residential Life team to support the training and education of residential staff, equipping them to foster strong relationships with students and promote student success. She is dedicated to promoting equitable access to resources and fostering culturally responsive programming.
Shaye graduated from San Diego State University in May 2025. During her time at San Diego State, she worked for the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity, mentoring first-year students. In her spare time, Shaye enjoys marathon training and finding new coffee shops.
