Alyssa Matias

Hi! My name is Alyssa, and I am a 3L at Harvard Law School from Chicago, IL. I am so excited to begin my second year as a proctor! I received my B.A. in political science from the University of Southern California in 2023. Before law school, I worked as a substitute teacher in Chicago Public Schools, where I taught middle and high school science. I also worked on Governor Pritzker's General Counsel Team in Chicago. At HLS, I am a student attorney at Harvard Defenders, a member of La Alianza and the Latin American Law Review, and a member of the Mock Trial Team. I'm looking forward to another great year in Crimson Yard!
