Welcome to Harvard! My name is Cat, and I am a PhD student in Organizational Behavior, a program jointly offered between Harvard Business School and Harvard’s Psychology Department. My research focuses on how humans form and maintain healthy relationships. Originally from Bel Air, Maryland, I graduated from Cornell University in 2021 where I studied Labor Relations and served as student body president. I then received my Master’s in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2022. When I’m

not nose-deep in research articles at my HBS office, I can usually be found reading with friends around campus and attempting to befriend Remy (the Harvard Cat). I love teaching + working with students and am looking forward to a great year together!
