Bonjour! My name is Ebonée (pronounced like Renée)! I’m a southern native from Jacksonville, Florida, who left my hometown for Boston College. I’ve spent the bulk of my adult life as a Chicagoan (SOUTHSIDE!) and got my Master’s Degree at Northwestern University. I’ve been a community organizer, teacher, handywoman, costumer, personal chef, rower, artist, tech worker, and used to live in Bangalore…there’s probably something else, just ask. I LOVE to chat it up. Last year I had the honor of serving students in Maple Yard and am really looking forward to this year. Currently, I’m in the final year of the Doctor of Education Leadership Program (EdLD) at HGSE where I’m exploring how race, gender, and class can be leveraged to make leadership more sustainable. I’m super psyched to meet you and look forward to welcoming you to Harvard.
