Canaday Proctor

Hello Class of 2027, I am excited to serve as your Proctor! I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. There, I study the transmission of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis and support initiatives to develop infectious disease modeling capacity in Africa. I also co-instruct a graduate course at the School.  In 2022, I earned my DPhil (a fancy term for PhD) in Statistics at the University of Oxford. I was born in Ghana, where I also studied for a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics. In my free time, I enjoy journaling and listening to podcasts. I have been involved in student support since 2019 and I bring to this role a lot of enthusiasm and experience to make your stay rewarding. I look forward to meeting you!
