Esther Anfo-Whyte

Welcome, Class of 2030!! My name is Esther, and I grew up in London, England, before moving to Cambridge MA. I spent three years as a History Teacher in London and briefly worked in Higher Education as a Student Success Officer at SOAS University of London - my alma mater!! I’m pursuing a PhD in Education where I research the history of Black British Education. As a career-long educator, I’m passionate about helping students explore their interests and thrive in academic spaces. Harvard has incredible opportunities and a strong sense of community, and I can’t wait for you to experience them. Outside my studies, I enjoy reading, theatre, completing puzzles and coloring books. I’m excited to meet you all and welcome you to campus!
