Joe Currie

Hi y’all, and welcome to Harvard! My name’s Joe, and I’m a PhD student in Religion (although my advisor is in Classics and my dissertation is on the History of Science!). When I’m not confusing Harvard administration, I love reading (currently, Wu Cheng’en’s Journey to the West…maybe I’ll complete it before I graduate?) and attending the symphony. I started out at Austin Community College in Texas before ending up at UT Austin, where I earned a BA in Religion and a BBA in Information Systems. Here at Harvard, I’ve lived for three years as a Resident Advisor in the graduate residence halls (and do I ever have some stories!). Looking forward to working with you!
