Frequently Asked Questions

The Office of Student Engagement offers a variety of workshops tailored towards our student organizations and student leaders. Past trainings have included the Annual Student Leadership Forum, Transitioning Leadership Workshops, Advisor Workshops, New Student Organization Trainings, and more. For a list of upcoming events, please visit SOCO.

If you are a listed officer, you can complete event registration through SOCO. To register, offices should select the “Events” tab on the SOCO homepage. Students will then be guided to the event registration form. You should read all instructions carefully and fill out all required information. Please note that the form is not submitted until you hit “Submit” on the very last page of event registration form.

Please refer to the instructions at this link for adding members and changing the position of members/officers. 

Student organization leaders are responsible for updating listed officers on SOCO with every transition. Only officers listed on SOCO have access to manage the page and add officers or members. Please refer to this instruction page at this link to change the position of members/officers.

Log onto SOCO and select the Harvard Federal Credit Union icon on the homepage. Please read the instructions carefully and complete the required questions.
