Welcome all! My name is Amanda (she/her), and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Harvard community! I'm still relatively new to the Boston area as my fiance and I moved here from Orlando in 2022 so I could pursue my MFA in Theatre Education and Applied Theatre from Emerson College. I'm originally from Indiana and received my BFA in Musical Theatre at Ball State University. After several years as a performer (including some time working at Universal Orlando), I am now thrilled to pursue my passion for teaching and using the arts to foster better educational experiences. Building community through arts practices is one of my all time favorite things! Outside of work and school, I love doing jigsaw puzzles, hanging out with my bearded dragon, Branson, or watching NFL football while cheering on the Buffalo Bills! I'm so excited to get to know you and help provide exciting arts opportunities throughout your first year at this wonderful college!
