Hey y’all! My name’s Hector and I’m from Southern California! I graduated from UC Santa Cruz in Spring 2019 and earned a BA in Legal Studies and Latin American and Latino Studies. I’m passionate about immigrants’ rights and social justice and worked as an immigration paralegal in LA before attending Harvard. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master of Theological Studies with a focus in Religion, Ethics, and Politics. The intersection of religion, law, politics, and the Latinx community is fascinating to me and I hope to use my studies to gain greater insight and better assist a community heavily influenced by their faith. I love to exercise, draw, hike, discover new music, and play Pokemon video games. I can’t wait to meet and connect with you all!
