As the Associate Dean for Student Engagement, I have the honor to guide and support the Student Engagement team in their efforts in partnering with students to create a robust extracurricular community, a community grounded in mutual respect, inclusion, and innovation. I'm always happy to talk about leadership skills, team development, and how understanding your personal strengths can positively impact all aspects of your life.

While I may have started at Harvard in January 2022, I've been working in higher education for nearly 20 years with roles at Texas Tech University, University of Arkansas, Louisiana State University, University of Alabama at Birmingham and most recently Emerson College.

When I'm not working you can find me hanging out with my cat Lil' Poundcake, catching a concert or comedy show, and searching for the best snacks in the area. To be honest, I'm mostly looking for donuts but I'm open to other snacks, too.
