United Nations CSW
The Harvard Foundation will facilitate undergraduate students’ participation in the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), in March 2026, offering students a rare opportunity to observe international diplomacy, engage with pressing global issues, and broaden their academic and leadership development. Furthermore, this initiative aims to advance intellectual vitality, civic discourse, and global-mindedness by demonstrating how diverse stakeholders coalesce around shared goals. Applications will open in the spring.
A Transformative Journey to the United Nations
From March 16th to March 19th, four Harvard undergraduates attended the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69) in New York City. Organized by the Harvard Foundation and supported by funding from the College’s Intellectual Vitality Initiative, the trip offered a unique opportunity for students to engage directly with global leaders at the forefront of gender equality and women’s rights.
